I've been tagged by Alisa to list a few of my favorite things. Of course I can start off with...
Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens
Brown paper packages tied up with strings
These are a few of my favorite things
Cream colored ponies and crisp apple streudels
Doorbells and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles
Wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings
These are a few of my favorite things
Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes
Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes
Silver white winters that melt into springs
These are a few of my favorite things
I love that song! Okay, really, these are also my favorite things:
1. Revlon Coffee Bean eyeshadow. It rocks. Beautiful shades of browns and maroon. Alisa turned me onto this great find.
2. Baby Einstein videos. When I really need to get something done (like blog...I know, CPS has already been notified) and need to entertain Natalie, these work magically! She can't stop watching them. They are great. However, she didn't like them until after she turned one.
3. Since I'm talking about TV entertainment, I have to mention Yo Gabba Gabba. Sweet 80s style adult, I mean, kid entertainment. I DO think I like it more than Natalie does. However she was imitating the "Dancy, Dance" yesterday. Sweet! (Bre blogged about it here. I didn't know this until I went to tell her she's been tagged.)
4. Kashi Go Lean Blueberry waffles. Yummy! Great source of protein and fiber. I also like these along with a side of Morning Star Breakfast Patties. De-freaking-licious! This is a typical breakfast for me AND Natalie.
5. Diet Rockstar. I should buy stock in them. I could have one everyday for the rest of my life. If you ever feel like surprising me with something, some day, any day, I'd love you forever if you surprised me with one of these cans of sweet nectar!
6. Nordstrom. Three words, fantastic return policy. And two more words, customer service. I should buy stock in them, too. What a great company!
7. My mother-in-law. I know, it may look like I'm trying to earn favorite daughter-in-law points, but I'm not. She is just fantastic! I couldn't ask for a better mom. She even rivals my own.
8. Blogger.com. This medium has entertained me for almost a year now. If I'm not careful, I could stay up (and have done so) 'till 3 am reading blogs I find listed under my favorite family, friends and strangers links. Sometimes I wander pretty far into the blog-o-sphere before I realize that Natalie will be awake for the day in a few hours. Sad, I know, but it's true.
9. Photoshop CS2. Fantastic product. I feel creative every time I use it. I'd love to take a class on how to use it. I'm sure there are so many things I can do with it that I don't know yet. But I do learn something every time I'm working with it.
10. Last, and most importantly, Mike and Natalie. I don't know how I could go on living without them.
Okay, this post is long enough. Natalie needs me.
I tag Sarah Painter, Bre Thomas, Becca Banda, Diana McCarty, and Shalyce Narducci. I have made each of their names a link if you'd like to check out their favorites.

Hi Karla! It's Tamra Mauzy from the ward. I was blog hopping and found your family blog! Who knew? I just had to tell you that I LOVE your family pictures! They are so cute and Natalie is a doll. I don't know how you pick a favorite!! You can check out our blog anytime. Also, I won't be at the meeting tonight, but I can help in any way. Glad I found you!
Hayden was doing the "Dancy Dance" too - it was so funny. He's totally enthralled with Yo Gabba Gabba and I love how 80's it is. Can't wait to see what today's episode holds... :)
Don't know Yo Gabba Gabba but it sounds like I would love it!!!! I can't believe you know the whole song from Sound of Music. You are amazing. :)
Uh, ya, I don't have all the words memorized to that song, I googled them. Sorry to disappoint.
I'll have to try that eyeshadow. Thanks for the tip. Hopefully I can make my eye's look as great as you two's always do. Fun read!
you don't disappoint, never, ever!!!
