"More" Please!

Here's what we had for dinner tonight. One word - De-freaking-licious! It's a Narducci family recipe. Actually it's Mike's mom's mom's recipe. Anyway, I'm just glad it has been passed down to me! The name of this dish, as called by Mike's mom's family, is "More", and fittingly so. You can't get enough of it and will soon find yourself saying "More please!"

Natalie devoured it! She had two servings. She LOVES it!

Here's the recipe. It is SO EASY to make!

1 cup macaroni
1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 cup salsa (or more, to taste)
1 12 oz. can of corn
1/2 bag of frozen peas
1/2 can olives, cut
1 cup cheese (or more, to taste)
1/2 tsp. Garlic salt (or more, to taste)
Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Cook the macaroni. Combine with the rest of the ingredients and simmer until all of it is warm.

Enjoy!!!
