Small Things for "Big" Kids!

Here are a few more pictures taken while we were in Utah. One of the reasons why Natalie had such a great time up there is because of the oodles of things that were just her size...

...like Sasha's chair! If I could have packed it in my bags, I would have. She LOVED it!

Natalie also enjoyed her soft serve ice cream cone - perfectly proportioned for her cute little hand and mouth!

And then there is this cute little play house that Vaughn (my sister's husband) built for the kids under the staircase. I wish I had stairs just for this purpose! SO CUTE! It's a little hard to see, but on the left side of the picture there is a window with little shutters. Natalie absolutely enjoyed opening and closing those shutters, and the door, and turning on and off the light inside with the switch that was exactly at the right height for her.

Here's a short 30 second video of my little girl getting "bigger". Could she be more independent? "NO!" And if she can't do it by herself, she might as well not do it at all!

Here's another short video of her actually enjoying her "independence" with a little help from me.

Natalie really had a great time in Utah. Many thanks to the Porters for allowing us to take over their house. We can't wait to be there again for the 4th of July!

She is getting so big. I guess it is time to come down and take a look for myself and enjoy the Easter weekend. :)
