Birthday Girl Festivities

Here are some pictures of the b-day party we threw for Natalie last Saturday. Sorry I haven't posted them until now. It's just been chaotic around here - no free blogging time.

Anyway, we went to "Bounce U" which is just around the corner from our house, making it very convenient to transport her birthday cake on my lap!

We barely took pictures with our camera that night, so here are just a few. However both Uncle Nick and I took a bunch with his awesome camera. I'm just waiting for the disc with all of them to post another time. For those of you who came to the party, I will send you all the pictures we took of you and your kids asap.

Seriously, could her cake be any cuter? I'm so proud of myself (if you couldn't tell).

I guess if you throw your party at Bounce U, they give you a free t-shirt. How grand.

Ashleigh's birthday is on the 27th, a day after Natalie's. And since her party wasn't until the next day we had to have a little celebration for Ashleigh as well. She did get a big and very rich chocolate cake just before we left my house to come here, but I decided she could have the party goers also sing to her so she could blow out some candles on one of the mini-cupcakes I also made for the party. She was happy - so was I. :)

And just for memory sake, here's Natalie last year on her birthday. What a difference a year makes in a child. She has grown so much!

My beautiful little two-year-old. I love her to pieces!

Seriously love your cake... I've been dying to make one of those for-e-ver. You've got mad skills lady :)

And Natalie is, as always, adorable. The pictures of her last year are amazing - she's so grown up now!

Finally! So sweet! We are so sad to live far, far away.
A Dora party, huh? Maggie would have LOVED that. They would get along so smashingly.

Thanks so much for letting us be a part of Natalie's birthday celebration! We had a lot of fun. Those pictures are sooo stinkin' cute of her and it was a great idea to include the one of her at one-year-old. I can't believe how much her hair grew in a year! It gives me hope.....
