Mother's Day Creations

I think it is wonderful that we have an opportunity to celebrate our Mom's once a year.

I want to thank my two moms - Julie (my mom) and Sally (my mother-in-law) for all their love and service they so selflessly offer in behalf of their children. You women really are amazing!

I made this for Sally. A silhouette of her 4 grandkids - Natalie, Lucas, Madison and Rilus. Mom, making this for you would be almost impossible with the 20+ grandkids you have, so I'm just sending you a silhouette of Natalie for now. I'm working on the rest of the grandkids as I slowly gather pictures of their profiles.

I'm looking forward to spending the WHOLE day with Michael tomorrow. He took his last final today and is giving me (my mother's day present) a day to play with him before he starts working full-time for the summer, and before his LAST year of school begins in August. Yes, you heard right, his LAST year! He'll graduate a year from now. I can't believe how fast time is passing.

I love your idea and I'll bet your moms loved it too. It would be cool to do it every year and see how they have changed. I'm so glad you are getting some quality time with Mike. You both deserve it!
