Two Months Behind = Lots of Pictures

We have been VERY busy playing the last 2 months. So busy that I haven't even had time to really blog. SORRY! Anyway, here are about a billion photos taken to show what we've been up to lately.

A month or so ago we bought Natalie some roller skates. She was thrilled, of course, and wanted to put them on as soon as they were paid for.

She was careful to not go on the tile without help with the help of my obviously terrifying warning that she'll break her neck if she does! After I said that, I actually had to convince her that it was still okay for her to put them on. Surprise, surprise.

Here we are planting some sunflowers. Natalie LOVES to garden.

Time lapse - about 4 days later. If you look closely, you can see a little green leaf pushing through the dirt.

Time lapse - almost 2 weeks later. I suggest this activity with any child. So easy and so rewarding!

Bella came to our house around bedtime (hence the pjs) to hang out while Betina & Rob took their boy Gage along with Cadence & Easton to the Easter Pageant. We had so much fun playing with her. I think she might almost be ready to try a sleepover!

Later that week we actually invited Gage to sleep over since Cadence and Easton were staying the night because of Kristina's work schedule. We had so much fun playing Duck, Duck, Goose. We played for at least a half hour, maybe even an hour!

Pass the Secret - or whatever you call it. Didn't work too well with such little kids. It was worth a try though! We then played hide-and-seek. Always a winner with kids.

Best friends. This picture will be worth a million dollars in about 20 years (or sooner).

Natalie really wanted to sleep out here with them - however she couldn't comprehend that "sleeping" out here really meant going to sleep. Mike took her to our room and made a huge tent out of our bed in order to distract her from really wanting to be with the boys.

We had a chance to go bowling and play at the arcade. Cadence won this wonderful prize. He was thrilled!

It's all about focus!

Can you believe Natalie's talent? Have you ever seen this before?

Natalie is learning how to surf. We were watching "Surfs Up" and she wanted to copy them.

"Dig, dig, dig!" She knows all the techniques. I have her on video popping up. I should share that some time soon. It's too cute. She definitely is a fast learner.

We love to have the cousins (and anyone else who is interested) come over to play in the water with us. Here she is with Cadence and Easton playing with our new caterpillar sprinkler and wearing her new swim suit.

My little surfer girl. I love the heart on her bum. I can't stop pinching it. Sorry Natalie!

Natalie's wearing her new little ballerina costume. She immediately fell in love with it! The boys (Cadence, Easton and Gage) pretended that she was a princess and Kristina was an evil witch that they were saving her from. Again, I have video of this that I'll have to post along with the surfing video.

Natalie is finally into dressing up! I love it. She loves it. It couldn't be more fun to have a GIRL!

Hopefully I'll post more often so you don't have to scroll through what seems to be a neverending list of pictures. It's just so hard to narrow down to these when I have 366 to choose from! I'm not kidding. Digital cameras are wonderful. I don't know anyone who has a life more documented than Natalie's. :)

For the record, I LOVED scrolling through these adorable pictures! I even did it three times! Natalie has serious skills. Bowling, surfing, roller-skating, walking in heels! You are the most fun mom I know. Natalie and her cousins (and my kids) are so lucky! We miss you guys and need to get together soon. Bella includes all of you in her prayers every night. I'll call you tomorrow!

That was SO much fun to see! You really need to blog more so we don't have to wait so long.
Can't wait for gardening this year--it's kind of a Colorado rule not to start until mothers day thanks to regular late frosts.
I wish Maggie liked to roller skate. Maybe if I bought her Dora skates she'd try again :-)
