Here are the pictures from our playdate at the park over a WEEK ago! We went there on Natalie's 1-1/2 birthday - not intentionally, but I'm glad I have some great pictures of her at this age- exactly!
Just before we left the house to go to the park, Natalie wanted to put her sunglasses on. She's had these glasses for a few months now and this was the very first time she had them on longer than 5 seconds! She ended up wearing them for about 20 minutes. I was so excited! I call these her "Elton John" glasses. So fancy! She is also taking her new favorite toothbrush. She loves to have a clean mouth wherever she goes! :)
I think she thinks she is the coolest kid on the swings. I happen to agree- if she would only stop sucking on that pacifier!
Sorry Lucas. Although you're still cool in my book.
Part of our playdate was to eat lunch while we were there. I packed Natalie a PB&J, grapes, fruit leather, and cheese puffs. I think the only thing she ate were the grapes and cheese puffs.
But she did carry the cheese puffs everywhere she went after that!
"Madelyn, go get that ball. I'm too busy eating cheese puffs!"
Here's cousin Lucas and most of Aunt Becca. Lucas - even though he hasn't had PB yet - wanted a bite of Natalie's sandwich. We found out he wasn't allergic to peanuts today. Fhew!
Good sharing Natalie!
"Who is having fun?" I asked. I guess Natalie and Allie weren't sure yet!
Here's Allie. Isn't she a DOLL!
This is Trisha and her two girls Madelyn and Kara. Her little boy Cameron is just right of the picture. He's turning one this month. We've already had a few playdates with them in the past. This playdate at the park was all Trisha's idea. Thanks Trisha!!!Lucas turns one this month, too! What a big kid! Also, can you see Becca's little pregnant belly in this picture?! She's due in August. They are having a little girl. Girls ROCK! I wonder if Lucas thinks so?
Amber and Allie playing ball with Natalie. I was so worried that ball was going to go in the lake and I'd have to jump in after the kids! That green water really scares me.
Natalie's eating the bread we brought for the ducks. Good thing the bread was still fresh!
Natalie had a blast chasing the ducks around. She about fell into the lake what seemed like a billion times. I think I had just about that many heart attacks running around after her.
Here's a video. It's short. I couldn't handle the stress - you can hear it in my breathing - even though I wanted a nice long video of her interaction with the ducks. Really, she couldn't have been any cuter!

Cute pictures! I just spent the day at the park with Shaun and his little girlfriend, Sydney. It's a great way to spend some fun time with Shaun while the big kids are at school. What happened to the video? It says its no longer available!
Sure wish we could do these playdates together!
I got the same "no longer available" thing when I tried to see the video.
LOVE the pics of her and the ducks. So sweet. Maggie won't wear sunglasses longer than 5 second either! It drives me nuts on super sunny days.
Jealous of the weather...
she waddles just like the ducks in that video. How adorable!!! :)
Ahh, I almost forgot what it's like to be able to go outside and not be freezing. Yeah, we totally can't wait to move back! I can't believe how big Natalie has gotten! Already a year and half?!?! Time sure does fly!
I miss you guys! The kids keep begging to go to Arizona again! I hope we will eventually get too! Natalie is too cute for words. Love ya!
Wow - I just read your post on our old blog. It was so fun to check out your blog. Natalie is adorable. It was also fun to see all the pictures of the Narducci Fam! We miss all of you. Check out our new blog I just started today.http://awesomealdridges.blogspot.com/
She is so cute.. Its fun to see her!!
Hi Karla, Natalie is a doll! We would love a play date. We are stressed out this week but maybe next week? We would love to go to Freestone Park or the Zoo or even just the parks in my neighborhood. (Agritopia) We have a cute coffee shop or Farmhouse grill if we went around lunch or brunch time... :)
