Disneyland. What can I say...it was a blast! I actually had the most fun just watching how much fun Natalie was having! Even though she really didn't know who Mickey Mouse was, besides a very occasional episode of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, she couldn't have been more excited to see him. We were lucky, too, he and Minny Mouse were right at the front entrance. Here is Natalie waiting in line to take a picture. I could hardly keep her still!

Natalie's first ride - a rocket ride (can't remember the name).

Second ride - the Carousel. She rode it several times. Loved it!

In fact, she rode it several times for several reasons. First, because she loved it. Second, because there wasn't a long line, if any, and we were willing to get in it over and over again. And last of all because she seriously cried when the ride was over. But to be honest, she cried after the rocket ride and after every other ride we went on as well. I just happened to have a picture of her getting off of the carousel. I can feel her pain in this picture (and a little bit of Mike's pain, too).

After the carousel we went and stood in line for a dumbo ride and while standing in the line she changed her mind and decided she didn't want to go (weird). We then went and stood in line for a boat ride that went through a huge whale's mouth with an eye that moves and therefore made it alive and the whale would eat her, so she changed her mind and didn't want to go on that either (understandable). The third ride we attempted to take her on was a Buzz Lightyear ride. I guess because she has a facination for Buzz, she was okay with going on this ride. I took in my small camera for a few shots.

She needs to shoot the bad guys and is taking this responsibility very seriously.

She was also in charge of steering our car. Another big responsibility.

Is it strange that Mike took this ride pretty seriously, too?

After Buzz Lightyear, she really didn't have any interest in going on any other rides. She really just had fun walking around and looking at the scenery. (Yippee for us, since lines were at least 1/2 hour waits). When we crossed over to the Adventure Land park we found a Monsters, Inc. ride. I was assuming she would really want to go on it, but nope, she just wanted to have her picture taken next to the painting of Sulley, Mike and Boo. She even voluntarily posed for the pictures!

Is it because I'm her mom, or is she so scrumptiously cute here?!

We then ran into Handy Manny. She doesn't really know him, but wanted to see him anyway.

Hollywood Tower of Terror. Finally, a ride for ME! It was absolutely THRILLING!

My cute hubby. Not too proud to wear Natalie's hat. Doesn't he look cute in pink!?

I'm so glad I took this picture. Could my niece Madison be any more precious?!

At the end of the day Natalie decided to entertain us by doing sit-ups on the ground. And because it was the end of the day, I was tired and didn't care she was on the ground!

What an awesome grandma - and so cute, too! Natalie is so lucky!

Cinderella's castle just before dusk. So magical....

We finally made it over to Critter Country after dark. Natalie rode the Winnie the Pooh ride 4 or 5 times. She loved it! I can say that it was definitely the highlight of her day besides seeing Mickey Mouse.
Well, I have decided that I like Disneyland again. However, it makes a HUGE difference to go to Disneyland with KIDS, especially your own!

Oh, now I'm even more jealous. It truly is the best to experience that with your kids. Natalie IS scrumptious, those are some seriously cute pictures.
Cute pictures and glad it was fun for you guys! Good to see that Mike can take some time off from studying!
I'm so glad you guys had fun! And I think experiencing Disneyland through your kids is even better than when you experience it for yourself the first time.
And no... Mike isn't weird for taking the Buzz game seriously. You should have seen Ryan on that ride - trying to "beat" everyone elses score. They're just big kids I tell ya!
Oh my gosh, what precious pictures! It brings back all the memories and I can't wait to go again. I never thought I would say that! But it was so much fun to be there with all my grandbabies! You are such a good photographer. Wonderful camera but you know just when to capture the moment! That is where the talent is and you have it! Love you guys, g ma
You are so good with that camera, and it helps that Natalie is such an accommodating model (and really cute too!). Give us some photo tips, why don't ya?
Looks like such a blast! Natalie looks so big in some of those pictures. What a doll! :)
