The past few days our house has been filled with the wonderful sounds of Mary Poppins - my all-time favorite Disney movie. Natalie has become obsessed with her, too. We watch parts of it daily. At night she makes me sing Stay Awake and Spoon Full of Sugar while putting her to sleep. It's cute to see how much she loves this movie reminding me of my own obsession with it when I was a child.

I don't think anybody ever did it better than Mary Poppins. It's great that you're sharing your treasured memories with your daughter and living them together. Keep it up..those are the things that she'll really remember when it's all said and done.

She actually does ask for that one, but it's pushing the "put me to sleep" ability of a song. I love that one, too. She can actually say that HUGE word almost perfectly!
I finally loaned our dear Mary to a neighbor kid because Maggie was asking for it several times a day and I was SO tired of it. It's one of my favs too.
Now she's addicted to Song of the South--Zippity doo da, zippity a!
