Retreat - Day 2

Amy and I started our day off right with a little shopping. Here are Natalie and Shaun watching "Nanny's" Baby Einstein movie. Now that Natalie knows you can watch movies in the car, I think she'll be demanding this luxury when we get back home.

On the drive to the store I thought I'd take a few photos of the mountains. I will NEVER get sick of looking at the mountains. I still feel "at home" here...

Obviously shopping was pretty draining for Natalie...she went out like a light.

As soon as Natalie woke up, we put her to work. This most definitely is Natalie's favorite toy....surprise, surprise! I think we'll have to return the two replica versions of vacuums she got for her birthday for this obviously "toy" version. SHE LOVES IT!!! (Added bonus, she doesn't need you to help her play with it, she just does it on her own!)

While "Nanny" was working, everyone else was just hanging out.

Sasha was trying to get Natalie to stop vacuuming and to play with her, but it's obvious that Natalie was annoyed by the interruption...haha.

We had a great day today. It was chilly, but comfortable surprisingly enough. We had veggie soup and cornbread souffle for dinner. It was the perfect meal to end this beautiful fall evening.
