Today we went shopping at Tai Pan Trading (I think that's how it's spelled). Cool stuff there. I controlled myself and only bought two things - although having a suitcase weight limit was also pretty helpful.
After shopping we all went back to Amy's to eat dinner and hang out. Here are the Utah cousins (minus Jenni's kids - Kyana and Gavin). Natalie had so much fun with all of them!
While we were all sitting around, "I looked out the window and what did I see" - SNOW! I was so excited to take Natalie out for her first snowfall experience. I only wish Mike was there to share this experience with us...
After getting pretty wet and cold we came back in. Natalie was not happy about that.
"Sasha, will you open this door for me?"

"We want to go back outside!"

Okay, so we went out again. That is Natalie telling me that it's cold with her fists squeezed and shaking. She's getting pretty good at sign language!

Getting even more cold, we headed back inside. Seriously, what was I thinking?!?

This time I bundled her up so she could stay out for longer.

Here is a video of her running around in the snow.
After getting that outfit soaked, we changed and went back outside.

This time Natalie wanted to try some of the snow - just like Grandma Narducci's cup of ice, right?!

"I love it, but it's too cold"

We went over to where the cousins were making snowballs. Natalie was fascinated!
"This snow ball is awesome! Can I throw it at someone?"

This picture was taken from Amy's back yard before we headed back in for the last time that night. Isn't it beautiful? I really do miss Utah...I wish Arizona looked like this!

The next morning there was approximately two or maybe even three inches of snow on the ground. I love this time of year!

I am sooo glad you guys came. It was so very fun to have you. Shaun loved having Natalie here to hug and kiss. So sad that today he had to go back to hugging the computer :( Your pictures are great! Natalie couldn't be cuter, thats for sure! Thanks for including pic of my kids, too. I'm so glad you had that beautiful fall day and that chilly "wintery" day. You couldn't have planned a better trip!
And hey, please email me that cornbread souffle recipe. I am craving that!
By the way, Natalie sure seems to be enjoying that snowball
That looks like such a blast! I love Utah too!!
Last year Maggie was too small to understand the snow--this year ought to be different. Gotta go buy her some winter clothes. Looks like little Natalie from AZ has more winter wear than Maggie.
Beautiful pictures. We did not get that much snow up here. You make me proud to be in UT. I just need a whole new winter wardrobe.
I am so glad you came too. The weather is nice again this week. It is nice. We miss you and Natalie already! Cadence misses you guys the most I think :) what a cutie he is! He just corrected me....he misses Nixon the most:)...kind of the most he doesn't want you to feel bad. He misses you all!
That looks like so much fun! How cool that you guys got it all while you were there. Fun Autumn leaves and Snow! That is awesome!
